Cancellation & Refund Policy
1. Studio Classes
Individual classes and packages at Alkymity Studio are subject to the following cancellation policy:
- Cancellation more than 24 hours in advance: full refund or credit for another class.
- Cancellation less than 24 hours in advance: no refund. The class is considered used.
- No-show (absence without notice): the class is considered used with no right to refund or rescheduling.
- Monthly and quarterly memberships are non-refundable once the contracted period has begun.
2. Retreats & Experiences
Given that retreats require significant logistical planning and have limited spots, we apply the following policy:
- Cancellation more than 30 days in advance: 100% refund of the amount paid.
- Cancellation between 15 and 30 days in advance: 50% refund of the amount paid.
- Cancellation less than 15 days in advance: no refund. The reservation can be transferred to another person with prior authorization.
- In case of force majeure or extreme weather conditions preventing the retreat, a rescheduling or credit for future experiences will be offered.
3. Accommodation — Alkymity Suites
Reservations at Alkymity Suites are governed by the following cancellation conditions:
- Free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in: full refund.
- Cancellation less than 48 hours: the equivalent of the first night’s stay will be charged.
- No-show: 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
- Early departure: no refund for unused nights.
5. Running Club Events
Running Club community events are generally free or low-cost. For events with registration fees:
- Cancellation more than 48 hours in advance: full refund.
- Cancellation less than 48 hours: credit for a future event.
- In case of event cancellation due to weather conditions, it will be automatically rescheduled.
4. Alkymity Kitchen
Our bistro operates without prior reservation. Orders are placed and paid for directly at the establishment. Cancellation policies do not apply to this service.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days through the same payment method used in the original transaction. The time for crediting to your account may vary depending on your banking institution or payment platform.
7. Modifications & Contact
