1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the alkymity.com website and any services offered by OPGOLDAS SAS (hereinafter “Alkymity”), you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Alkymity offers a comprehensive wellness ecosystem that includes the following sub-brands and services:

  • Alkymity Studio: Reformer Pilates, Mat, Strength & Conditioning classes at our facilities in Santa Cruz, Galápagos.
  • Alkymity Kitchen: Wellness bistro offering healthy food and beverages prepared with local ingredients.
  • Running Club & Events: Group running activities, fitness events, and outdoor experiences.
  • Retreats & Certifications: Immersive wellness retreats and professional training programs.
  • Alkymity Suites: Boutique accommodation service integrated into the wellness experience.

3. Reservation and Payment Terms

Reservations for classes, retreats, events, and accommodation are subject to availability. Prices are expressed in US dollars (USD) and may be subject to applicable taxes under Ecuadorian law. Payment is processed through secure payment platforms such as Stripe, PayPal, and Kushki. By making a reservation, you authorize the corresponding charge according to the selected service.

4. User Accounts

To access certain services, you may be required to create an account through third-party platforms such as FITCO. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials and all activities that occur under your account.

5. Intellectual Property

All content present on alkymity.com, including but not limited to text, images, logos, trademarks, designs, methodologies, and program names, is the exclusive property of OPGOLDAS SAS and is protected by Ecuadorian intellectual property laws and international treaties. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

Alkymity shall not be liable for injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during participation in physical activities, retreats, or any offered services. Participation in all activities is voluntary and at the user’s own risk. It is recommended to consult with a health professional before starting any exercise program.

7. Applicable Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ecuador. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of the city of Quito, Ecuador.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on this page. Continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
